Sorry Guys..

I know I'm in the player's club and have tried reading through everything but as I'm a bit thick couple of thing's I'm unsure with....

1) I have never had a statement (not sure if I'm supposed too??)

2) I have 10 stars (what they for??)

3) My genting points never go up (and yes I do play on there )

And if somebody can PM me my upto date players club points balance please that'll be great

Morning bud, I know you're in TPC and have been since Feb last year. If you remember I asked you for your surname a few weeks ago, this was because I couldn't find you on the backend system. If you give me a call pal I have a chat with you because you having 10 stars doesn't add up as you are now where to be seen on the back end system.

Hopefully it'll just be another teething issue, I'll pm you my number now.
