a hand from today

Postby Clarkatroid » Mon Feb 08, 2010 2:47 pm

what threw me here was my note on him says he spews in 3 bet pots, otherwise id snap fold this

villain is break even multi tabling reg plays standard game of 24/19 ish, 3 bet of 11, which is a touch on the high side compared to the norm

do these reads make enough of an excuse to call his huge overbet? does he do this with anything other than a flush?

Would be lucky if he has flopped it TBH... The massive overbet suggests a bluff to me, maybe he reraised pre with AK with the Ah.... I would probably call here... Saying that the check on the flop is a bit worrying as if he does have the Ah he should be leading out....

Does he have A  with either J :club: / :spade: / :diamond: ?

Pretty much disregarding that you have a flush, the card that you would have raised UTG with in his hand, he hopes you think he's bluffing and maybe call with KK,QQ or TT thinking your ahead.

Tell us the outcome....

Cheers.

final bet close to 2x pot,I think he does this with flopped flush or same hand as you AJ?if he has one of the 3 sets on flop he has to be wary of the suited board and bet it strong, but he doesn't? i suppose your hoping hes made a mistake there?
looks like a call for a chop or your beat to me?
