blag boss media

Postby scouser27 » Mon Jan 11, 2010 2:23 pm

i've just played a £30 freezeout on DTD, which has just confirmed to me why i stopped playing on it.

i've got 10 J in a limped pot. flop K Q 9.

i've got 1k left, its only the 5th/6th hand.

utg bets 120, fella to the right of me calls, i push for 1k, an they both call, for about the same as me (tourney life).

1st fella KQ, i can deal with that.

2nd fella AJ

turn 10

river K

i flop the nuts, an come last.

so, in a previous post i wrote about avoiding d1ck heads online, an got told to up my stakes a bit, "$30 upwards should be fine" someone said.

obviously there is just no avoiding them at any stakes.

and as for boss media, it can plate my ring

break from online poker me thinks.

It was a mtt I was playing in online, so that's why I put in online poker, multi table tourneys. Makes sense doesn't it?

It wasn't a bad beat story, it was stating how sh it boss media is, which online poker.

that beat seems fairly normal to me, i don't think it's bad enough to blame the software and to be fair, those kind of calls from your opponent will make you money in the long run- u just have to ride out the variance.

I think you're still going to get plenty of donks at £30 tournaments and above, i played in a few £300 games and some of the players are just totally shocking... for instance, I'm not one to stereotype, but you do get some real bad italian and french players on Boss who just can't fold with 1 pair!

come on mate, what does this matter?? seriously.

if they let me in for 20 to flop the nuts and then back bash me in a 3 k pot, then i think the fact i was behind preflop is totally irrelevant.

thanks for ure comments though.

You dont want to play against bad players?
You prefer playing good players?
Its the softwares fault?

Am I right?
