computer bugs

Help, help ,help. good old (young really) CCTV told me to write.

I think my computer has been invaded and i do know i have a lot of bugs on board called Trojens, they have different Nos too them.
can any one advise or help me, if you tell me to down load something it must have a complete IDIOTS guide or Im cream crackered,this is because I have a degree in stupidity.
