How do I redeem my V*POINTS for Virgin extra's?
It's easy, simply login to the Player Zone and follow the simple steps to exchange your V*POINTS. Please bear in mind that cash redemptions will be available on your account the next working day, all other redemptions will be processed within 5 working days.

How many V*POINTS will I earn?
You will earn V*POINTS whenever you play a 'raked hand' on a cash table and whenever you play an MTT or an STT. You will earn more V*POINTS for play on higher stake tables as the amount of rake we take varies with the stakes. It is hard to say exactly how many points you will earn as there are so many different stakes levels, playing habits and playing styles. Here's a table that should give you an approximate idea of how much you can expect to earn:

STT Play:

What will a V*POINT buy me?
1 V*POINT = 1p or 1 Flying Club mile.

You will need to play around with the point redemption in our Player Zone to get a feel for exactly what you can get for your points. Here's what you can redeem your V*POINT for now:

Virgin Unite
Virgin Unite is the independent charitable arm of the Virgin Group. 1 V*POINT is equal to 1p and if you donate your V*POINTS to Unite we'll match your donation.

Vouchers
Virgin Vouchers can only be redeemed in pounds sterling and can be used to buy Virgin products like mobile top-ups and CDs in Virgin Megastore.

Cash
You can convert your V*POINTS back into Virgin Poker cash at a rate of 1 V*POINT to 1p. Game on.

How do I check my V*POINTS?
You can check your V*POINTS in two places:

1. The V*POINTS tab on Poker Pal (on the Virgin Poker software)
2. When you login to the Player Zone.

Your point totals will be updated once a day at midnight so when your V*POINTS don’t update as you are playing - don’t worry - they will update at the end of the day.

N.B If you receive points as a prize for one of our V*POINTS tournaments these will not be reflected on your account until 3 working days after the tournament ends.

Hi Dave thanks for this posting its a great help, unsure about the time thing is this a consideration to the allocation of points or is it a guide to the expected rake in that period of time.

Conrox you earn V points by playing cash hands and time is not a factor..... they dont update instantly either its normally at midnight i believe
