cant connect to poker site

hi guys,got a big problem.down loaded vc poker for free roll on sunday.cant get logged in.
message reads ; sorry unable to connect check internet connection.
checked them spoke to help line at vc, spoke to help line with internet provider, he said reset internet settings ,done that, still no luck. went to settings made program to allow vc but still no connection.please help Crying or Very sad
