how do you put pics on ure forum messages?

hi, can anyone help me with how to put pics in the messages that we leave on the forum?

Use http://photobucket.com/

save your picture in this and it converts it into 4 different ways. The last one is IMG code. Copy that into your message and hey presto your putting all the photos you want on
