in january i subscribed to orange internet everywhere.it was clear right away i was not able to play poker because the conection kept dropping.i phoned them a thousand times they tried everything but still no joy.one of their operators did manage to make it work for a short time by disableing the firewall but then it went back to normal.fortunately,orange are still taking £15 per month out of my account.but then faceless corperations are allowed to do so it seems.even though they have not kept up their end of the bargain.i did look on the net and found that 3,t mobile and vodaphone were rated 123 orange came 4th.so i bought a new laptop.HP g7000 and a dongle from 3..the same thing is happening.not everywhere but in more places than not.the question is can i do anything to improve my connection ..its driving me nutz.please help
