New Headh unter @ Liverpool Circus

This week we started a new Headhunter comp on a Tuesday night.

52 runners took part and enjoyed a format which offers the chance to make a profit without even getting to the final table.

It is a £30 freezeout with £3 registration fee and a £10 headhunter.

So you pay a total of £43.

The catch is £30 goes into the prize pool and you get FIFTEEN pound for every player you knock out.

We're expected at least 70 runners next week so come down and give it a go.

Registration closes at 8:15pm

Competition starts at 8:30pm

61 runners last night and now the top Tuesday game in Liverpool.

Not only that, they offered the first person out a free seat next week.

Guess who won that (2 full houses v quads)?!?!?! Free buy in next week is the equivalent to 4 bounties so it's not that bad!

Thanks for coming down last night Sally and unlucky for getting involved in a monster hand like that so early on. Although better then than 10 minutes later, at least this way you havent lost anything.

Believe it or not the guy with the quad 10's who was sitting with 18,000 chips after 2 hands managed to get knocked out himself about half an hour later!!!

We are hoping this comp will really take off and the early signs have been very positive. We know we've got 2 runners for next week already!!!! Ha Ha.

Another good comp last night. 55 runners wasn't bad considering "the team from across the park" were playing!!!

We also gave a free seat for next weeks comp to the bubble.

Not only has this become a really popular comp but we have continued to give a bit back.

We continue to make the bounties upto £15 and every week we have been giving away free seats.

1st player out, the bubble, or simply giving all players a raffle ticket and picking out a number to give someone a freeroll the following week.

A cardroom that gives a bit back? That's gotta be worth a visit!!!
