On the 19th November Virgin Poker is making some changes to make it easier for you to take money in and out of our poker room. We hope this will offer a more enjoyable experience for players and also better value for money.

What`s Changing?

1) You will be given a new Virgin Games account which will let you deposit money in either Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. We have created a new cashier that offers you a fair deal on all your deposits and withdrawals with no hidden charges or out of date exchange rates.

2) We`ll have a new customer service team operating out of our London office to offer you improved levels of support 24/7.

3) We`ve listened to customer feedback and so we`ll be giving our website and poker room a fresh lick of paint to make it more user friendly.

How does it affect me?

The first time you log in after 19th November you will spend 2 minutes validating your account details. Once you have done this you can continue to play poker on Virgin just as you currently do.
