what is more important is what happened to all the other peoples so called free bets supposedly to be paid by bill hills for finnishing 2nd 3rd and so on each month that the top tipster competition was running it is most probable that bill hills was running scared because we were getting too good at picking winners that they knew if they paid all the free bets out they would lose a great deal of money and therefore decided that the bookmakers decision was final sensible replies only please
