200 F/o

15 000 chips

Good structure

I think the casino may be guaranteeing 10k again but DONT QUOTE ME ON THAT JUST YET

They did last month and the tourney collected 12 700

I will ask them to post the full structure over the next few days but this will be another great tourney at Naps.

I think there is also a £150 at the new ALEA casino in Leeds.

15k , 45 min levels with every level going. starts at 4pm.

Crazy........ same town and virtually same comp. When it rains it pours.

Yep it was an oversight as i understand.

Leeds may change there Freeze Outs to the 2nd Saturday in the Month but again I will have to confrim this.

I know the Alea starts early so its a chance to play both if your lucky LOL!!!

The Alea is a 2 day festival which in principal is fantastic but only if the prizepool dictates.

We are a lucky lot in Leeds at the moment that is for sure.

Both card rooms are run by poeple who are positive about the poker which is a nice change.

I have to stay impartial really as I like both card rooms and the people that run them!!!

I think Naps Starts at 8 although i will have to confirm this.

I am there tonight so will get them to post all the details on here.

If you havent visited the Alea yet its really worth a trip as its a stunning card room but i have a feeling there will be more money at Naps.

I Will probably go to both lol!!

Beat me to it again Oly!
Yes, the comp starts at 8pm with late entries for 60 mins. This comp was a great success last time and hopefully will be again. The same guarantee as last time.
I know theres a few games around tomorrow but I think it'll be a good turnout, the cardroom has been doing VERY well lately. Last Thursdays £20 comp made over £7100!
There is a free breakfast buffet on too! Hope to see you all there!!

Steve

I played the ALEA game. Only 26 runners, but what a great structure and fantastic room. Really enjoyed the game and will come back to play this again, well worth the trip over for all the Lancashire Junkies . It deserves more players and hopefully won't clash with as many other events in future months.

How many did Naps get?

Its hard not to enjoy playing at the Alea as its such a great venue.

Its a shame about the numbers as i would really like to see the cardroom take off, its had the right guy running the place thats for sure just not sure if he has the backing of the management.

If they get it right it could be a fantastic game!!

For value its impossible to beat Napoleans at the moment, the management there are listening, and its showing with the pots every tourney.

10700 in the pot last night (700 added by the casino) with equates to 49 runners, not bad considering DTD, ALEA & Star City were all on at the same time.

Over 7K in the pot on thursday for a 20 pound re-buy!!!!

Its all good in Leeds at the moment

Next month is 100 + 100 7500k starting stack it will be posted im sure closer to the time.
