Scotty Nguyen's got about a 5-1 chip lead heads-up against Michael DiMichele, in what was an interesting FT lineup:

Erick Lindgren 3rd
Matt Glantz 4th
Lyle Berman 5th
Barry Greenstein 6th
Huck Seed 7th
Patrick Bueno 8th

with big names such as Ivey, Negreanu, Doyle, Ralph Perry and Andy Bloch making the last two tables as well.

there will be a complete update on it and all the other events as soon as ii get back to the office tomorrw. as i was away at the virgin festival this weekend i never had much time to keep up.

The main event will get a great thread though. i can promise you that.

a great thread is something more than what i could read from pokernews, except delayed while you copy and paste it. of course, if you plan on doing more than that, i retract my statement, until then, i'll just take it from the horse's mouth thank you

well off you go, you can go and read all the pokernews stuff if you wish, i believe it does help to do a live update from the \wsop when you are actually there.

But as i am at home lying in bed and am trawling through all the noin interesting stuff myself and posting the things people may want to read.

If this mean of media is not to your liking then i apologise and hope you enjoy reading the updates yourself.

And if you haven't noticed i do thank Pokernews at the end of every thread.

Hey James,

Just like to say, thank you for the Main Event thread so far, Have found it a very good read, it seems some ppl dont appreciate the effort that you always make providing us folk with the updates on the various events this forum covers not just the WSOP.
