Hi all posting this in the hope this is a problem someone else has had or may be able to help me rectify anyway.
Basically about 10 days ago I downloaded the Windows XP Service Pack 3. Now ever since I have done this I have been unable to get on to Neteller. I have gone back to a restore point prior to the download but makes no difference. I have added neteller to trusted sites tried accessing it using both Mozilla and Internet Explorer. I had the home page saved in favourites that link doesn't work have tried to get on to it using links from Google and various Poker sites but always the same result "This page is unavailable"!
Any Ideas Anyone PLEASE!!!! _________________ How Can I Change The World If I Can't Even Change Myself? |

in IE, check and see what you have as your privacy settings
tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab,
set it to medium and then try again. _________________ Brighten up your forum posts with poker playing cards!

Have even tried it turning to Low and turning my firewall off but neither work, cannot understand why just this one site? If no joy will ring them , have emailed support but all they suggested was deleting all my cookies etc. I do this on a regular basis anyway by force of habit! _________________ How Can I Change The World If I Can't Even Change Myself? |

this is a long shot, but it could be added to a blacklist of your anti virus software, check int he there and also your have a look at your hosts file to see if its been added by the SP3 update
Host file for XP should be at:
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
If you see any entries with net teller domain in there delete the row,
but be careful when editing it!! _________________ Brighten up your forum posts with poker playing cards!

Tried looking for this. Enterd it in "run" and asks me what I want to use to open this and I don't know lol. Tried it by going through C drive then windows, system 32, drivers but hit a brick wall then cannot find etc or hosts? _________________ How Can I Change The World If I Can't Even Change Myself? |

Blah, saw this thread after the other one.
I can't get on either, have been trying for a few days. I'm using Vista and haven't updated or changed anything. This has (as far as I'm aware) happened out of the blue
Any hints or tips Steve? _________________
