some mistakes I saw:
- playing a sterling table, ergo over $4 in rake, it'll destroy you in the long run
- minraising is bad, gave the opponent more ideas to call and take you on OOP
- flop needs a c-bet imo, you've telegraphed something useful by raising UTG pre, continue in position
- he ought to bet turn as you're not doing it for him
- he obviously should 3-bet river, wtf at calling with the nuts, that's pretty much penalty-worthy in tournaments _________________ Jon Thomson

| just a flat call on the river with quads.. think it was your lucky day unless he assumed he wasnt going to get any more value out of the pot |

| you got away cheep cheep he would probably called a bigger preflop bet then and if you bet the flop he aint folding so not played bad just ul cos u know on line they call with anyA, well the bad players do so u got ul and got away fairly cheaply at the end. |

the last reason was the one i meant JT but thanks for pointing all those out, you are right of course and my min raise was to get action with my kings which it did. a continuation bet would of been counter productive for me so i think i got away with that hand as well as i could of.
pretty successful session though, £300 up in the end and yes i know the table was in sterling but i love playing in pounds for some reason dollars just seems like play money to me _________________ Poker Slag |
