...you play in an STT (where bubbling hurts the mosts, $ev speaking), and are on the bubble with the second biggest stack, playing well, then in a moment of madness without thinking things through you lose all-in to the big stack and you're left there thinking 'wtf did I just do that for?'

(Same applies to MTTs I guess if you're playing well as a big stack and lose it all).

The whole process can take five-ten seconds and afterwards you feel a bit numb and incredibly stupid.

i actually i agree.. but maybe when being big stacked and playing well you should go and sit a level out... go do something .. just to re focus and dont make that big of a mistake to play a hand differently
