Having Trouble with playing on Cryptyo Poker. Keep losing connection(roughly 1-2 times every minute). This has beeen ongoing for the past month or so.
Spoke to my ISP and they say been connected to my Broadband Acc.continually without breaks.
All other pokersites and Internet browser are OK.
Crpto(Lwoods) have been mind numbingly useless with Tech support.
I Reckon the Problem is to do with the Ports. Do you Lads know about Port forwarding and have any suggestions to remedy the problem?.TY.
I am using a wireless router(NETgear DG DG834PN)but problem persists when connection with the LAN cable. Ihave also Upgraded the latest Firmware . Running on Windows Vista.

Taken from another forum I found this which may help you,, I dont know which ports need to be forwarded with crypto so you may need to get in touch and ask them ..Hope this is of help buddy..

Within my first hour of playing on WPEX I got disconnected 4 times and experienced constant lag. I stopped playing and suspected that this software needs 2 specific ports opened and forwarded to a static I.P. for better performance and stability, and the ports are likely blocked by my ADSL router. I know PokerStars needed port 443 and 26002. I checked with my port software and WPEX is different, it needs to have port 1111 and 3334. So I opened these ports and forwarded them to my static I.P. on my ADSL router and presto! the WPEX software is running MUCH faster and smoother now, with no disconnects Very Happy
If you're currently having a lot of connection problems with WPEX it might mean that those ports I mentioned are blocked by your router. In that case you will have to set up a static I.P. for your router and get ports 1111 and 3334 forwarded to the static I.P.
www.portforward.com has a lot of info on port forwarding, it has instructions on how to set up a static I.P. and how to open ports for your specific router, I found instructions for my Speedtouch router there
